Pordenone, 8th June 2008 (MOREL)- This sunday we had a race on 38 and 19 kilometers in Pordenone. The start was in sun, but soon after that heavy rain began to fall. In this difficult conditions many of skaters fell but Nika Manevski and Crt Lukancic Mori kept on skating althrough they had wheels for sun. On the end Nika ended 5th in her category and Crt did not get to rankings as he was laped by others for one lap.

Kranj, 25th May 2008 (MOREL)- Yesterday and today there was speed roller skating race in Kranj for Alpe-Adria Cup. The competitors of SD Piran - MOREL, Nika Manevski and Crt Lukancic Mori have used this race mainly for gaining more experience. Yesterday the competition took place on 200 meter long oval track in two disciplines. On 200 meters time trail Nika Manevski ended second in category Cadets B, with time 24.21 second after German competitor Jessica Hoffman who achieved time of 21.65 second. In Senior category Crt Lukancic Mori achieved time 22.16 second although he made a mistake his time trail skate and ended 4th. After that the competition on 1.000 meters took place, where Nika ended 2nd after poor start. Crt achieved 4th place on his 1.000 meter race.
Today competition took place on road on distances 500 meters for both Nika and Crt, and 3.000 meters for Nika and 10.000 meters with points for Crt. Nika ended 2nd on 500 meters and Crt ended 5th. On 3.000 meters Nika raced behind Josie Hoffman whole time but she managed to pass her just before last curve. After that Jessica Hoffman illegally pushed Nika Manevski and passed her, but referees spotted that and on end Nika was announced winner of 3.000 meter race. Altogether our competitors in their categories ended: Nika Manevski 2nd and Crt Lukancic Mori 4th.

Linz, 13th April 2008 (MOREL)- We have taken part of Linz Speed-Skating halfmarathon where Slovenian competitors have been very successful. Competitors of team MOREL, who raced for club SD Piran were on end 109th, 123th and 147th from 440 competitors and in their own categories they have managed to win 2st place (Nika Manevski), 12th place (Spela Planinc) and 24th place (Crt Lukancic Mori).

Zagreb, 6th April 2008 (MOREL)- We started this season with Alpe-Adria race in Zagreb. On 170m track we had short and long distance race. In our categories we achieved: 1st place (Nika Manevski) and 5th place (Crt Lukancic Mori).

Linz, 15th April 2007 (MOREL)- We have taken part of Linz Speed-Skating halfmarathon where Slovenian competitors have been very successful. The Team MOREL was on end 114th, 115th, 116th and 214th from 340 competitors and in their own categories they have managed to win 1st place (Nika Manevski), 7th place (Spela Planinc), 18th place (Jasna Marusic) and 24th place (Crt Lukancic Mori).
